Caregiving is Lauren’s true passion, and although she has explored other industries, early childhood education is where her heart belongs. As our second-ever hire and a founding member of our team, Lauren is a pillar of Just Like GRAMMY & POPPOP’s. She brings over five years of experience in early childhood education to her role as a Partner Lead Teacher in the Seedlings (2K) classroom, where she loves that she is not only guiding her students but constantly learning from them.
Beyond her work with the children, Lauren is known for the warm, inclusive community she creates for her families. She believes that a child’s success is built on a strong partnership with parents, and she takes pride in making every family feel like a vital part of our school’s heart.
