Just Like GRAMMY & POPPOP’s will video record during business hours all areas (except the nursing and rest rooms) within our care including the
outdoor play area. These videos are stored and monitored by team members during business hours. They may be
displayed via live stream on common area monitor/TVs. These images will not be shared or used in any marketing/
promotional/social media posts. We will readily share with any law enforcement, state agency if there are any
concerns raised.
Photographs and videos will be taken of those who have permission granted and on file with Just Like GRAMMY
POPPOP’S. These photos may be used in any or all of the following:
•Updating parents (with children within the photo) via the Parent App
•Social media posts
•Website photos/videos
•Facility bulletin boards
•Printed marketing materials including “scrapbook”
No last names will be shared. Team members are not permitted to share photographs/videos of children at Just Like
GRAMMY & POPPOP’s on their personal sites/posts, etc.
I understand that is my responsibility to request and update this permission in the event my permission changes for Just
Like GRAMMY & POPPOP’S to capture still or video images and use of my child.
