• If an emergency occurs involving my child, I give authorization for a Just Like GRAMMY & POPPOP’s team member to
secure medical attention and care for my child. I assume any financial responsibility as a result
• I understand I need to notify Just Like GRAMMY & POPPOP’s if drop-off or pick-up will be different than what I have
listed as my preference to ensure coverage. I understand every minute after closing time I will be charged $1.
• Children are not permitted to enter or leave the building without supervision by the parent(s) or those authorized by the
parent(s).
• If any changes occur to the information on file (telephone numbers, work location, physical, health status, etc. that I will
notify Just Like GRAMMY & POPPOP’s as soon as possible.
• Just Like GRAMMY & POPPOP’S will inform the parent/guardian of any incidents, including illnesses, injuries, etc. that
involve the child.
• The Family Handbook and a copy of all policies have been provided to be reviewed before signing including Just Like
GRAMMY & POPPOP’S and the Wisconsin Rules for Licensing Child Care Centers (DCF251). By signing, all within is
agreeable and will be abided by.
• Parent/guardian participation at the center is welcomed and encouraged.
• No pets are permitted on the premises without advanced notice in writing provided to families.
• A written two-week notice is required by families that wish to terminate services from Just Like GRAMMY & POPPOP’s.
Failure to provide a two-week written notice will result in one-month tuition charges for the following month.
• Use of the parent app, Playground will improve the communication experience for everyone.
